With the unfolding of the JOBs Act and the emergence of corporate crowdfunding, this space was wide open, not only for entrepreneurs, but educators. As legislators had used, in part, our layouts and work flow from FundAmerica to create the procedures around this emerging field, we created a textbook aimed at teaching brokers/dealers, entrepreneurs and others how to navigate this difficult process. I created and formatted the 84-page textbook as an .epub as well as a .pdf, ensuring wider accessability.
