Life was different the Before Times, when everyone went into the office 5 days a week, so whatever your situation, come up with creative solutions to creating a mature design culture.
I designed and printed out 1000 postcards (below) – then we left them on every desk in the building over our winter break. When everyone returned to office in the new year, they were met with powerful and imperative reminder. These cards were almost uniformly saved and hung on walls and offices.
